Tribute to the boss We couldn't resist bringing you this eye-candy from the good folk at Magni. The specialist Italian maker on December 24 last year revealed a tribute to the company founder Arturo, who passed away in 2015. Using MV Agusta's 800cc Brutale triple-cylinder engine, the Italia 01/01 runs a bespoke steel frame, suspension by ORAM and Brembo brakes. It remains unclear whether the company plans to build a limited run of the machine, or at what price. In the meantime, you'd like to think the boss would approve. Arturo Magni started his career with Gilera, before switching to the tremendously successful MV Agusta race department in 1950. He was there until it shut down in 1977. With his sons Carlo and Giovanni, he then opened a shop developing MV Agusta variants and eventually bespoke motorcycles using a variety of engines from makers such as Honda, BMW, Moto Guzzi and Suzuki. You can find the company here.
